Hjalmar is the name of numerous characters featured in Magicka.

Hjalmar is a guard for the city of Hávindr.
He appears during Chapter 4: A New Hope, guarding the city gates alongside Einar, though he appears to be asleep.
When the city is attacked by goblins, Hjalmar encounters the wizards in the city and informs them that the Town Grinder has broken through the walls and needs to be destroyed. As the Town Grinder approaches, Hjalmar and his men charge it, resulting in their deaths.
